Signal 1: Social Proof (Validation)
→ Screenshot one DM or comment from a user. Blur the name. Put it in a "What People Are Saying" section.

Signal 2: Authority & Expertise (Competence)
→ Update your bio: "Founder of BuildRunKit | Building in Public | 2x Microsoft Alum"

Signal 3: Security & Reliability (Safety)
→ Add "Powered by PostgreSQL" + "Secured by Cloudflare" + your real email + your photo.

That's it. Three signals. Three categories. Done.

This is what I call the "Goldilocks" approach to social proof for SaaS: Not too much (no fake enterprise logos). Not too little (no empty landing page). Just right.
