We just integrated a massive update across BuildRunKit. Our team added over 100 new files to bring the full startup launch journey directly into the Coach App. Additionally, we finished a major architecture split to keep our platform fast and reliable.
Here is what went live across our ecosystem from August 3 to August 7:
1. Startup Launch Journey & Core Infrastructure
We deployed every stage of the BuildRunKit startup launch journey straight to the Coach App. This update brings all new components, backend logic, schemas, and icons into one unified workspace.
- Project Architecture Split: We restructured the core project folders. The app now cleanly separates into distinct
coach-appandclient-appenvironments. - Journey Attachment Manager: Users can now attach files directly to journeys, main stages, and individual substages.
- Coach Attachment Logic: We built dedicated backend logic to process and store coach-side file attachments smoothly.
- Rich Text Editor Integration: A new rich text editor is now active. It handles both substage content creation and direct client inputs.
2. Business Coach App Polish & Fixes
Daily operations are now smoother thanks to key user profile upgrades and UI bug cleanups:
- Client Profile Updates: Clients can now update their display name, phone number, and email. They can also add direct social media links.
- Streamlined UI: We hid the Billing menu on the client side to keep client dashboards clean and relevant.
- Comprehensive Translations: Our team swept through settings, plan builders, breadcrumbs, and notifications to add missing English and Spanish translations.
- Infinite Loading Fix: We fixed a bug where inactive browser tabs caused a 12-second loading loop upon returning to the app.
- Plan Assignment Resilience: Developers resolved a 403 Forbidden error that appeared when assigning specific plans to client profiles.
- Notification Display Fix: Messages with attached journey components no longer show raw JSON data in notification dropdowns.
- Name Header Fixes: Client navigation headers and message tabs now display actual coach and client names instead of generic placeholders or UUIDs.
3. Provisioning App & Platform Upgrades
Admin capabilities are expanding to bring fresh content templates to your team faster:
- Template Journeys Builder: Admins can now build brand new template journeys from scratch in the Provisioning App, complete with custom stages and attachments.
- Dedicated Backend Infrastructure: We deployed dedicated routes, schemas, and services to support custom template creation.
- Platform Translation Sweep: Missing language keys were added across workspace creation, edit limits, and overlay menus.
4. Goldilocks CRM & Invoices
Financial workflows and table layouts were updated to maintain clean data across business modules:
- Customer Statements Logic: Generated statements now exclude draft status invoices automatically.
- Data Table Styling: We upgraded inputs, filters, and dropdown menus across CRM and Invoices.
- CRM Localization: Standardized Spanish translations are live across CRM dashboards. "Deal" now consistently translates to "Negocio".
