This week, we made huge strides in preparing BuildRunKit for launch! To begin with, we successfully tested our subscription system and built new pricing tables to ensure our backend is ready for paid plans. Furthermore, we integrated Sentry for better reliability and refined the Strategy Hub UX. In addition to these updates, we unified settings across the Goldilocks Suite. Every update brings us closer to a scalable, production-ready platform. We are building BuildRunKit with you in mind.
Building Production-Ready Startup Infrastructure with Monetization
A major focus this week was validating the foundations of our billing system. Consequently, the ecosystem is now prepared for seamless upgrades and plan management.
- Validated Subscription Tiers: We implemented database catalogs for pricing tiers and cards. Specifically, this provides clearer feature comparisons for your business.
- Stripe Integration: As a result, our backend now correctly handles active subscriptions, workspace limits, and tier changes.
- Live Upgrade Testing: Additionally, we successfully tested the first real upgrade flow from Free to All-Access.
Customizing Your Business Framework with Enhanced Stability
To improve long-term reliability, we've added professional-grade monitoring. To support this, we integrated Sentry across all frontend and backend applications.
- Error Tracking: We now have visibility into deployment issues and edge-case crashes. Moreover, this work significantly improves platform resilience for all users.
- Refined UX: Similarly, we improved responsiveness in task boards and refactored dashboard widgets to better support new workspaces.
- Legal Compliance: Finally, we have added official Terms of Service and Privacy Policies to Goldilocks CRM.
Scaling Production-Ready Startup Infrastructure via Goldilocks
Work continued across CRM, Projects, and Invoices to improve consistency and data integrity. Accordingly, the suite is more unified than ever.
- Unified Settings UI: For instance, settings, headers, and sidebar components are now standardized across all Goldilocks apps.
- Invoicing Power: Furthermore, we added support for custom due dates and improved overdue status visibility for better cash flow management.
- Mobile Optimization: In fact, we fixed multiple layout issues to ensure your infrastructure works perfectly on the go.
