We just rolled out a major update across BuildRunKit. Goldilocks CRM is now natively integrated directly into your core workspace, bringing your contacts, pipelines, deals, and tasks into one unified ecosystem without switching tabs.
Here is what went live across our ecosystem from August 17 to August 21:
1. Native Goldilocks CRM Integration & Customization
We completely integrated Goldilocks CRM into BuildRunKit to centralize management workflows and simplify application setup.
- Unified Ecosystem: Manage contacts, deals, tasks, pipelines, and activities natively inside BuildRunKit.
- Consolidated Settings: Unified CRM, Invoices, and Projects configuration screens to manage tags, webforms, custom fields, and financial details in one place.
- Redesigned Sidebar Navigation: Added tab-based routing for settings modules while maintaining constant top-bar navigation across the workspace.
- Deal Terminology Customization: Rename "Deals" to "Cases", "Opportunities", or custom terms in singular/plural forms, complete with customizable display icons.
2. Universal Data Engine & File Management
We overhauled data mobility and expanded file handling across core modules.
- Universal Import/Export Engine: Download global or filtered CRM datasets (contacts, deals, tasks) as ZIP archives containing structured CSV files.
- CSV Import Wizard: Added a drag-and-drop CSV import wizard featuring auto-generated field templates and localized validation.
- Upgraded S3 File Manager: Updated API handlers across Projects and Invoices to support expanded file types and increased upload limits up to 20MB per file.
3. UI/UX Refinement & System Stability
Under-the-hood fixes ensure smoother drag-and-drop interactions and reliable background data parsing.
- Pipeline Drag-and-Drop Fix: Removed fixed-height container limits in the pipeline view, allowing columns to scale dynamically and accept card drops in long lists.
- Deals Dashboard Stability: Fixed an uncaught reference error during deal deletion by standardizing state hook imports and dialog component file naming.
- Data & Math Precision: Corrected deal value casting from integer to float in the Workers Dashboard to ensure accurate numerical rendering.
- Import & Task Logic Fixes: Resolved customer import validation schema errors and updated task mapping so tasks retain their original creator while correctly notifying assigned owners.
- Navigation Reliability: Resolved a navigation freeze during the Founder Fit Scan substage and patched endpoint UUID parsing issues.
