This week is all about focus. If you want to launch your startup without losing momentum, you need a clear workspace that shows you only the metrics that actually matter to your daily role. To make your workflow faster and more efficient, we’ve built 4 new role-based dashboards tailored for Founders, Executives, Business Coaches, and Workers.
We also deployed a brand-new onboarding wizard to get you set up in minutes, alongside a massive round of UI polish for both light and dark modes. It’s all about getting you away from admin friction and onto the work that matters, faster.
Major Features: How to Launch Your Startup with Precision
- Tailored Workspace Dashboards: We built the complete frontend architecture for 4 distinct, role-based dashboards: Founder, Executive, Business Coach, and Worker. Each custom layout highlights the specific workspace metrics that matter most when you prepare to launch your startup. (Note: These are currently populated with layout data for structural testing).
- Dynamic User Type Switching: We added a new "Dashboard Select" interface. When you switch your dashboard view, the system automatically updates your active User Type in the background to match your current workflow.
- Universal Shortcuts: Every new dashboard now features a dedicated "Shortcuts" section so you can rapidly launch specific tools and application sections directly from your home screen.
- Wizard-Style Onboarding: We completely redesigned the initial onboarding flow. New users now see a streamlined, wizard-style interface to input basic information, select their initial User Type, and start configuring their personal brand right away.
- Theme & Device Compatibility: We engineered all new dashboard components and onboarding screens from the ground up to ensure they look great on all devices and work beautifully in both Light and Dark themes.
Backend & Infrastructure
- Notification Engine Prep: We completed a database migration to add an
owner_idcolumn across all tables tracked by our notification worker. This securely links data to its owner and lays the groundwork for our upcoming advanced notification system. (Work in Progress)
Bug Fixes & UI Polish
- Admin & Operations Error: Fixed a critical bug in the Administration and Operations stage where the screen would crash and display a generic error, which was blocking users from downloading their generated results.
- Projects Layout Stability: Cleaned up the styling across the Projects dashboard to stop content from breaking out of its containers, specifically within the Activity Log and the Project View. We also refactored the Milestones section for a cleaner visual layout.
- Tasks UI Spillovers: Fixed visual overflow issues in the General Dashboard and Task Lists. The data within Overdue Tasks, Upcoming Tasks, and Past Tasks now fits perfectly inside its designated UI cards.
