🐻 Introducing Goldilocks CRM – Just Right for the rest of us!

This week, our team took a big step forward: we started building a brand-new app that will live alongside BuildRunKit as part of our suite of tools for founders and small businesses. Say hello to Goldilocks CRM! 🎉

🌟 Why “Goldilocks”?

The name comes from the classic fairy tale Goldilocks and the Three Bears. In the story, Goldilocks tries three options—one too big, one too small, and one just right. That’s exactly what we’re aiming for with Goldilocks CRM:

  • Not too complicated like enterprise CRMs
  • Not too limited like lightweight tools
  • But just right — simple, practical, and accessible for real founders and small teams

And the bear? 🐻 It’s a friendly nod to the story, symbolizing strength, trust, and approachability. We want this tool to feel powerful but never overwhelming — something you’ll actually enjoy using.

✨ What’s Inside Goldilocks CRM (So Far)

We’ve been working hard on design, development, and the first release. Here’s what’s already live:

  • Deals Management – Track opportunities and close more business
  • Contacts – Keep all your relationships organized in one place
  • Tasks – Stay on top of what needs to get done
  • Pipelines – Visualize your deals and progress clearly
  • Dashboard – Get a quick overview of what’s happening in your business

🔗 Integration with BuildRunKit

Goldilocks CRM is already integrated with BuildRunKit — you can log in with your existing account. 🎉We’re still polishing the integration and authentication flows, so if you run into any issues, please let us know. Your feedback helps us fix things faster and make the experience smoother.

**Additional Update: Link Shortening Service**

We've also completed the backend of our link shortening service, which is very important to the marketers among us. We've also implemented tiny URL traffic tracking and work continues on the analytics.

This is just the beginning. Over the coming weeks, we’ll:

  • Expand integrations between BuildRunKit and Goldilocks
  • Continue polishing the user experience so everything feels seamless
