This week, our users will feel the difference in their Founder Journey. We rolled out a major UX upgrade to Notes in the Strategy Hub, making it more intuitive and powerful. We also introduced highly-requested reporting features across Goldilocks Projects and CRM, giving you the data you need, exactly how you need it. Behind the scenes, we unified the entire Goldilocks suite to ensure a seamless experience. While much of the work was foundational, the outcome is simple: a faster, more reliable, and more user-friendly platform.
Strategy Hub: Notes & UX Upgrade
A core part of the Founder Journey is capturing ideas quickly. We’ve redesigned the Notes experience to make that process effortless.
- New Notes UI: Enjoy a cleaner layout with redesigned tabs and improved visual hierarchy.
- Search & Sort: You can now instantly search and sort through your notes to find exactly what you need.
- Enhanced Exports: Notes exports now support pagination, better typography, and footer support for professional-grade PDF and XLSX files.
Goldilocks Suite: Unified Power
We have unified the styles, colors, and components across CRM, Invoices, and Projects. Even though they are separate apps, they now consistently reflect the same brand identity to keep your workflow fluid.
- Reporting Features: Goldilocks Projects and CRM now support detailed reports for tasks, deals, and activities.
- Performance Boost: We migrated our deployment and dependency systems to improve build speeds and overall reliability.
- Major Backend Refactor: We finished a massive backend cleanup, migrating to a feature-oriented architecture that allows us to ship updates faster.
Preparing for Launch: Subscriptions
We have officially started implementing the new subscription system—a major milestone for the Founder Journey. We are building a workspace-based limit model that will unlock more flexibility for teams. This is a huge step toward our full public release.
