This week, we took a step back to strengthen the Founder Journey foundation. We refactored our authentication system, improved journey creation, and crushed stability issues across BuildRunKit and Goldilocks Projects. While these updates are not flashy, they provide the exact stability we need heading into the new year.
Major Update: Improved Founder Journey Creation
We have enhanced the initial steps of the Founder Journey to provide users with more clarity and control over their projects.
- Custom Naming: You can now officially name your journey to keep your workspace organized.
- Detailed Descriptions: We added the ability to include a custom description during the creation process.
- Better Organization: These features make it easier to manage multiple journeys or experiment with various business ideas.
Authentication System Refactor
Our team completed a major refactor of the authentication system to ensure a more reliable experience for every user.
- Enhanced Reliability: The new setup is simpler and much easier to maintain.
- Improved Session Handling: Once fully validated, these changes will significantly stabilize how the platform handles user sessions.
Platform Fixes & Stability Improvements
We focused heavily on polish this week to ensure the Founder Journey remains a professional and dependable tool.
- Workspace Management: We fixed an issue with workspace deletion, so you can now create and delete workspaces reliably.
- Strategy Hub Task System: Our team resolved task assignment bugs and fixed an issue where due date removals were not saving correctly.
- Goldilocks Projects: We addressed multiple issues regarding task creation, dashboard consistency, and project problem view stability.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we close out the year, we are incredibly excited to officially launch BuildRunKit and grow this community together. Our focus for the start of the year will remain on performance, user experience polish, and introducing new features for broader adoption.
