This week we officially kicked off development for the BRK Business Coach Toolkit. We launched a brand-new application suite. It is designed to empower business mentors and gurus to provision packaged engagements directly to their clients.
We also reached a massive milestone in our global expansion. BuildRunKit is now 60% translated across the entire ecosystem. This makes your workspace more accessible globally.
Major Features: Business Coach Toolkit (Phase 1)
- Admin Hub Provisioning: We fully implemented the administrative backend to manage the program with top-down control.
- Global Dashboard Overviews: Administrators now have a high-level interface. It features total coach counts, recent sign-ups, white-label configurations, and top performance metrics.
- Coach Management Systems: The new management setup provides a clean data view to monitor active coaches. It tracks their brand, client counts, and revenue.
- Streamlined Invitation System: Admins can quickly search existing BuildRunKit users to send collaboration invites. They can also register external users via email.
- White-Label Infrastructure: We built foundational tools to create, edit, and track referral links. These come along with full customization capabilities for unique branding.
Coach Toolkit Upgrades (In Progress)
- Dynamic Client Branding: The application now successfully fetches specific logo and color configurations. It applies them instantly upon loading.
- Package Architecture Models: We engineered the core data models. Mentors can now group curated journeys, documents, and resources to distribute to clients.
- Secure Workspace Access: We created a strict read-only role. Coaches can safely monitor client progress without altering critical data.
- Direct Messaging Flows: We built a top-down communication system. It pushes instructions, next actions, or completion certificates directly to user workspaces.
Global Localization Updates
- Ecosystem Translation Sweep: We executed a massive translation update across the entire platform. This brings our global translation to 60%.
- Goldilocks Suite Milestones: Goldilocks CRM and Invoices are fully updated with the latest translations. Meanwhile, Goldilocks Projects has officially reached 100% translation completion.

Full Coach Toolkit Deployment: We are heavily focused on finishing the client-facing tools. These tools allow mentors to run their entire consulting workflow directly inside the platform.
