Hey friends! 👋 We’ve been busy this week making Goldilocks CRM smarter and more flexible, while also pushing forward on the Founder Journey inside BuildRunKit. Here’s what’s new:
✨ What’s New
🐻 Goldilocks CRM Improvement
We’ve continued polishing the CRM experience to make it more useful for managing your business:
- Tags Management Upgrades
- Tags can now be added, edited, and viewed directly from:
- Contact cards
- Contact profiles
- Add/Edit contact dialogs
- Each user now starts with default tags, which can be customized or expanded with new ones.
- Tags can now be added, edited, and viewed directly from:
- Data Import Templates (Now Live!)
- You can now import your data from CSV files 🎉
- Head to Settings → Import Data to:
- Download empty templates to start fresh
- Or download templates pre-filled with your current data
- Follow the instructions to upload and import your data seamlessly
These updates make it easier to organize contacts and bring your existing data into Goldilocks without starting from scratch.

On the BuildRunKit side, we’ve been working on the Founder Journey – Discovery Stage. This stage is designed to help founders validate and shape their ideas step by step.Here’s what’s in progress:
- Founder Fit – Understand your strengths and alignment with your business idea

- Working Name, Slogan & Business Description – Start shaping your brand identity
