Hey friends! 👋 This week we’re excited to share some updates including the official integration of Goldilocks CRM with BuildRunKit, plus a bunch of improvements to both apps. Let’s dive in:
✨ What’s New
🔗 Goldilocks CRM + BuildRunKit Integration
Big news: Goldilocks CRM is now fully integrated with BuildRunKit! 🎉
- If you already have a BuildRunKit account, you can now launch Goldilocks CRM directly from the app sidebar.
- Or, head over to goldilockscrm.com and sign in with your BuildRunKit account.
- You can also create a new account directly in Goldilocks CRM using email/password, Google, or GitHub.
This makes it easier than ever to move between BuildRunKit and Goldilocks without extra logins.
🐻 Goldilocks CRM Improvements
We’ve been polishing the CRM experience to make it more powerful and user-friendly:
- UI Fixes – Improved components, forms, and calendars for smoother interactions
- Workspace Management – You can now rename your workspace and (soon) invite more users
- Tags Management – Create and manage tags, and use them in the Contacts section to better organize your data
- Pipeline Stages – Customize your deal pipelines to match your workflow
- Data Export – Export your CRM data easily
- Data Import Templates (WIP) – Templates proccesing are being prepared to help you import data into the CRM (coming next week!)
🛠 Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where new activities, tasks, or deals weren’t showing up in the Contact Profile view. Now linked events display correctly.
🖤 BuildRunKit Updates
On the BuildRunKit side, we’ve added some nice quality-of-life improvements:
- Goldilocks Launcher – Quickly open Goldilocks CRM from the sidebar
- Theme Switcher – Switch between light and dark mode in your Preferences settings 🌙☀️
- Pricing Page – A new section where you can check out app pricing details

- Multi-user Workspaces in Goldilocks – Invite teammates and collaborate more effectively
- Data Import Templates – Make it easier to bring your existing data into Goldilocks
- More content stages in BuildRunKit and some more apps and tools integrations
We’ll continue polishing the workspace experience in BuildRunKit and Goldilocks, roll out the data import templates, and start preparing multi-user support.
