This week is a major milestone! We’ve officially launched our centralized authentication hub, unifying the entire ecosystem. Whether you’re jumping from the CRM to Invoices or checking your Project boards, the friction is gone. We’ve also overhauled the Projects layout and tightened up our data metrics to ensure your dashboard is as accurate as your hustle. Your feedback keeps us moving check out the latest!
What’s New & Exciting
Universal Single Sign-On (SSO) is LIVE! No more logging in multiple times. Our new unified gateway at auth.buildrunkit.com is now the single front door for all five apps.
- Unified Access: One set of credentials gives you a seamless, persistent session across BuildRunKit, Goldilocks CRM, Projects, and Invoices.
- Global Session Sync: When you log out in one tab, you’re securely logged out everywhere. We’ve ensured your personal preferences, like themes and settings, stay saved while your tokens stay secure.
Smarter Onboarding & Upgrades We’ve made account management much more intuitive:
- Streamlined Registration: New users are now guided to a clear subscription selection screen immediately, making the path from sign-up to work much faster.
- Intelligent CTAs: If you’re already logged in and click a "Buy" or "Subscribe" button on our landing pages, the system now skips the marketing fluff and routes you straight to your in-app settings to upgrade.
Goldilocks & BuildRunKit Enhancements
- Projects Settings Overhaul: We’ve refactored the Projects layout for better mobile responsiveness and scalability, ditching cluttered tabs for clean, individual routes.
- Optimistic UI for Invites: Sending invitations now feels instant. The tables update the moment you hit send, so you aren't stuck waiting for a loading wheel.
- Import Wizard Templates: We’ve added "Download Templates" buttons to the first step of the CRM, Projects, and Invoices wizards to ensure your data formatting is perfect before you upload.
Bug Fixes & Stability
- Accurate Deal Metrics: Resolved a dashboard discrepancy where "Closed/Lost" deals were being counted as active. Your metrics now perfectly match your pipeline logic.
- Session Persistence: Fixed an authentication bug that forced premature logouts when switching between workspaces and the Invoicing app.
- Pricing Accuracy: Corrected a display error on the public pricing page to reflect the accurate $399 annual rate for Enterprise plans.
