Hi Friends,
Big news! We've launched User Types & Roles and a new Notification Engine for a more personalized experience. In addition, Goldilocks CRM now automates your pipeline with smart webform routing and streamlined contact management. Dive into the changelog below to see how these updates make your daily operations smoother!
We're building BuildRunKit with you in mind.
Tailoring Your Automated Startup Workflow
To help you scale efficiently, your software needs to adapt to who you are and how you work. Specifically, this week’s updates bring deep personalization to your dashboard.
- User Types & Roles: You can now define your specific role, focus, and skillset under User Settings. This structural update allows the platform to tailor its interface and recommendations directly to your daily routine.
- Granular Notification Engine: We deployed Phase 1 of our new alert system. As a result, you can now designate a preferred email address and choose exactly which product updates, tasks, and deadlines are worth hitting your inbox.
Goldilocks CRM: Hands-Free Pipeline Automation
Managing top-of-funnel leads shouldn't require manual data entry. Therefore, we’ve upgraded public webforms to handle the heavy lifting for you.
- Smart Webform Routing: Webforms can now automatically assign a default "Contact Owner" and apply custom tags to incoming leads. Furthermore, if a lead already exists, new tags append cleanly without overriding your historical data.
- Cleaner Contact Dashboards: Say goodbye to digging through massive tables. Consequently, you can now delete related deals, tasks, and activities directly from an individual contact's board.
- Advanced Filtering: Teams can now instantly sort both Customers and Deals views by the assigned "Owner."
Streamlining the Daily User Experience
Finally, we focused on removing friction from data tables and navigation across the platform.
- Clickable Table Rows: No more hunting for tiny action menus. In your Journey List, Saved Output List, and Brand List, you can now simply click the row titles to jump straight to your content.
- Custom Fields Fix: We resolved a visibility bug in the CRM. You can now seamlessly view and edit newly created custom fields inside individual Deal records.
- Simple Notes Optimization: Similarly, we stripped out redundant drag-and-drop mechanics in favor of our cleaner, faster filtering and sorting system.
