Empowering Ownership with Production-Ready Startup Systems
One of the most significant additions this week is the introduction of full data portability. As a result, you are never "locked in"—your data belongs to you.
- Advanced Export/Import: Users can now export all data (Customers, Invoices, Items, Payments) or use our multi-step import wizard to migrate existing datasets into the Goldilocks suite.
- Project Portability: Similarly, Projects now support full export and import for milestones, tasks, and activity logs.
- Strategy Hub Reporting: We added the ability to export Tasks and Problems boards as PDF or CSV files. Consequently, reporting to your team or stakeholders is now a one-click process.
Enhancing Identity and Professionalism
A core part of Production-Ready Startup Systems is how you present your brand to the world.
- Brand Kit PDF Export: You can now export a professional Brand Kit PDF directly from the platform. In addition, our logo display logic was improved to support rounded, square, and rectangular formats perfectly.
- Refined UI & Performance: Moreover, we optimized React Query performance to prevent UI lockups and implemented a new loading overlay for a smoother feel.
- Dark Theme Consistency: Visual polish continues with improved dark theme states and clearer "empty states" to guide new users.
Securing Your Infrastructure
Growth requires protection. Therefore, we’ve implemented several backend safeguards to keep your workspace clean and safe.
- Spam Protection: We added "Honeypot" components to all public forms to drastically reduce automated spam.
- Usage Governance: To ensure stability, free AI-powered tools now include daily usage limits, ensuring fair access for everyone as we scale.
- Unified Architecture: Finally, we refactored the entire system to use a single source of truth for user data. This makes the platform faster, more reliable, and easier to maintain.
