To begin with, the big highlight this week is our brand-new Data Import Wizard in Goldilocks CRM. Furthermore, we have doubled down on UI consistency with standardized settings and headers across the entire ecosystem. In addition to these visual updates, every detail this week brings us closer to a more cohesive and scalable platform. We are moving fast, and we are building BuildRunKit with you in mind.
Building Scalable Founder Operations with the Import Wizard
One of the most important improvements this week was a major refactor of the data migration experience. Consequently, moving your data into your workspace is now smoother and more intuitive than ever.
- Structured Four-Stage Flow: Specifically, the new wizard guides you through uploading contacts, validating IDs, and importing deals and tasks in a logical sequence.
- Reduced Errors: As a result, the system significantly reduces import mistakes and provides a far more stable process for new users.
- Ready-to-Use Templates: Additionally, pre-formatted CSV templates are now available directly in the wizard to help you prepare your data correctly from the start.
Customizing Your Business Framework with UI Consistency
We continued strengthening the visual stability of the Goldilocks ecosystem. To support this, we updated and standardized the user interface across the entire suite.
- Standardized Settings: Moreover, the Settings UI is now uniform across CRM, Projects, and Invoices to ensure a familiar experience.
- Unified Headers: Similarly, page headers now share the same components, which reinforces our brand identity and reduces visual fragmentation.
- Improved Navigation: Finally, the refactored user dropdown now includes quick access to theme and language switchers for a frictionless experience.
Optimizing Scalable Founder Operations via Workspace Control
On the BuildRunKit side, we made several improvements that directly impact how you collaborate with your team. Accordingly, managing your permissions and your plan is now much simpler.
- Refined Invitations: For instance, we simplified user roles to Admin and Member and added a tracking table to manage access clearly.
- Subscription Visibility: Furthermore, the workspace switcher now displays your current subscription tier so you can understand your plan at a glance.
- Usage Statistics: In fact, basic usage statistics are now live as we lay the groundwork for upcoming subscription features and resource limits.
