Hi Friends,

We are in a strategic phase of development, and this week's report shows us executing on that vision for the Founder Roadmap. We’ve successfully stabilized the platform after our massive backend refactor—a huge win for reliability. More importantly, every major feature we touched, from Goldilocks theming to the BuildRunKit settings, is now unified. We aren't just building features; we're building the commercial engine of the platform, including the new workspace seats system.

Visual Consistency: Dark Mode & Theming

A key part of a professional Founder Roadmap is a seamless user experience. We’ve shipped UI and theme updates across the entire Goldilocks suite:

  • Dark Mode & Branding: Updated themes and colors across CRM, Projects, and Invoices to ensure a unified visual language.
  • Landing Page Clarity: Added specific Pricing and Features sections to help users understand exactly how each tool helps them scale.

Stability Post-Refactor

Following our structural cleanup, we’ve ironed out the kinks to ensure your workflow remains uninterrupted.

  • API & Data Fetching: Fixed inconsistencies introduced during the backend migration.
  • Resolved Regressions: All major issues identified post-refactor have been resolved across the entire BuildRunKit ecosystem.

The Commercial Engine: Settings & Seats

We are laying the groundwork for a professional, scalable business environment.

  • Settings Refactor: We’ve simplified the settings into four clear tabs: Profile, Team/Workspace, Personal Brand, and Subscriptions. This reduces cognitive load and gets you back to work faster.
  • Workspace Seats: Significant progress was made on the system that allows you to add more members to your workspace. This is a vital milestone for our upcoming full release.

P.S. We are moving closer to our official launch! Make sure you are on our mailing list to get the first alert when the doors open. Check out our latest dark mode walkthroughs on YouTube or follow us on LinkedIn for more updates.

Have a great day! Brent for www.buildrunkit.com
