This week at BuildRunKit, we've significantly enhanced our platform for a smoother, more transparent experience. We've achieved seamless session loading and upgraded authentication across all Goldilocks apps. For full transparency, we've also launched a public system status page and overhauled our workspace architecture to give you better control over your owner details and subscription limits.
Goldilocks CRM is now deeply interactive with interconnected dashboards and relational navigation. Plus, we've made onboarding frictionless with a new "Start for free!" option and in-app billing management. Big news: a massive Strategy Hub upgrade is currently in the works!
What’s New & Improved
Platform Stability & Infrastructure
- Seamless Session Loading: We have smoothed out the authentication experience across CRM, Invoices, and Projects. The system now properly waits for your session to load, preventing unnecessary redirects to the central Auth portal.
- Public System Status: Transparency is key. You can now check the real-time health of the entire ecosystem via the "Platform Status" link in the footer of every app (available at up.buildrunkit.com/status/buildrunkit).
- Enhanced Auth Diagnostics: Upgraded error catching within the login portal provides clearer feedback if registration or login issues occur, making the sign-up process much smoother.
Ecosystem & Workspace Upgrades
- Unified Branding: The suite is now visibly connected. CRM, Projects, and Invoices now feature a "Part of the BuildRunKit suite" legend, while the main site features an app carousel to help you navigate between tools instantly.
- Workspace Architecture Overhaul: We refactored core endpoints to provide highly detailed data on subscription tiers and user roles. The Workspace Settings panel now clearly displays the owner and standardized limits across the entire suite.
Goldilocks CRM: Deep Interactivity
- Relational Navigation: The CRM is now fully interconnected. You can click directly from the Dashboard into Deals, or from a Contact instantly through to their related Tasks and Activities.
- UI & Data Polish: We’ve deployed updated badge styling and implemented a 3000-character limit on descriptions to keep your data clean and the UI consistent.
Subscriptions & Onboarding
- Frictionless Entry: The main CTA is now "Start for free! (no credit card required)" to help founders get moving without the upfront hurdle.
- Billing Management: Workspace owners can now launch the Stripe Customer Portal directly from the app to manage billing details and view current pricing accurately.
Sneak Peek: What's Cooking?
We are currently working on a massive upgrade for the Strategy Hub, specifically focusing on the Tasks and Problems modules. This upcoming release will introduce powerful new functionality alongside a comprehensive redesign of the user interface. We are still "cooking" in the backend, but we can’t wait to share these improvements with you soon.
